How to delete your account
Delete Your Account – The Plug App
We respect your privacy and your right to control your data. If you would like to delete your account and associated personal data from The Plug App, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Account Deletion:
To delete your account, send an email to:
support@theplugevcharge.com
Subject line: Delete My Account
In your message, please include:
- Your full name
- The email address linked to your Plug App account
- Your reason for requesting deletion (optional)
What Happens Next:
- You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours.
- Your account and all personal data (name, email, contact info, and app activity) will be permanently deleted within 7 business days of confirmation.
- You will no longer be able to access The Plug App once deletion is complete.
Important Notes:
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- If you are a driver with pending payouts or unresolved issues, please resolve them before requesting deletion.
