1. How do I schedule a mobile charge?
Open the app, select “Request a Charge,” set your location, and choose your charging plan.
2. How long does a charge take?
On average, The Plug delivers about 30 miles of range per hour of charging.
3. Can I cancel or reschedule a request?
Yes. Go to “My Requests” in the app to modify or cancel your booking.
